The Business Development Manager role focuses on identifying and closing new business opportunities while collaborating with marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for BoostMyBrand.us
Prospect and nurture leads
Conduct discovery calls
Prepare tailored proposals
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle with digital-first clients
Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to align client needs with agency solutions
Ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding
Daily activities include pipeline management, CRM updates, market and competitor research, and participation in virtual meetings, demos, and industry events
Develop strategic partnerships, refine sales messaging, and contribute to revenue forecasts and growth planning

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management in a digital marketing, SaaS, or tech-focused environment
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals with B2B clients
Ability to understand and articulate digital marketing solutions, including SEO, content marketing, paid media, and performance-based growth programs
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at multiple levels
Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced setting with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience using CRM tools, sales analytics, and basic data interpretation to inform strategy and reporting
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Knowledge of or interest in fintech, crypto, AI, or high-tech industries; prior industry experience is a plus
