Drive revenue by booking qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Strategic Account Manager team.
Use high volume outreach to execute a consistent, multi-channel cadence (email, phone, social) to engage dental professionals and corporate partners.
Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot, utilizing data to identify market trends and territory opportunities.
Conduct initial discovery calls to uncover pain points in a partner’s current oral care offerings.
Develop and test timely engagement hooks to turn cold leads into warm partnerships.
Map out the decision making structure of each practice to connect with specific clinical champions.
Analyze HubSpot data to identify effective outreach methods.

1–3 years of experience in an outbound sales or BDR role. Experience in MedTech, Dental, or SaaS is highly preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clinical value to healthcare professionals.
A "hunter" mentality with the persistence to thrive in a high-volume outbound environment.
Proficiency with HubSpot, and modern sales intelligence tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
