Generate new revenue by winning new customers and expanding opportunities within existing accounts
Prospect manufacturers, OEM machine builders, automation integrators, and material handling distributors within the territory
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and territory development
Develop relationships with engineering, operations, purchasing leaders, and material handling experts within customer organizations
Identify production and material handling challenges and recommend consultative conveyor solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency
Expand existing accounts by identifying new applications, projects, and departments
Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from discovery to order placement
Collaborate with engineering and internal sales teams to develop effective technical solutions
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and activity tracking in CRM
Travel throughout the territory to support customers and identify new opportunities

Bachelor’s degree required
1–5 years of B2B sales experience
Demonstrated ability or strong interest in prospecting and developing new business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to use a consultative selling approach to understand customer challenges and recommend solutions
Interest in manufacturing, automation, and material handling systems
Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound outreach
Coachable, organized, and motivated by performance and growth
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 60% within the territory
