Serve as a dedicated IT support technician managing a high volume of support tickets, consistently meeting SLA targets and maintaining quality resolutions
Handle intermediate-to-advanced troubleshooting of computer, application, and network issues across Mac OS and Windows
Provision, configure, and maintain user laptops, workstations, and accounts
Support and facilitate client onboarding and offboarding, from account provisioning to equipment shipments
Assist on IT project deployments including MDM rollouts, network configurations, and hardware rollouts
Manage physical assets including inventory, cable management, and general workspace upkeep
Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices in line with compliance requirements such as SOC2 and HIPAA
Help configure automations and tooling especially around onboarding and offboarding workflows
Mentor and support junior team members as you grow into the role

Solid hands-on experience with Mac OS and Windows operating systems
Proficiency with core SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom
Exposure to MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune and identity providers such as Okta
Familiarity with networking fundamentals and standard environments including Meraki and Unifi
Basic understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and HIPAA
Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on clear, documented resolutions.
