Acquire influencers and content creators and boost our reach with engaging content.
Find and contact influencers: discover top creators on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and persuade them to collaborate with us.
Maintain relationships: build strong partnerships with influencers and make sure all parties are satisfied.
Develop creative campaigns: devise compelling concepts for influencers to promote us in their Stories and posts.
Negotiate contracts: ensure clarity around agreements and handle contract details.
Monitor performance: analyze the effectiveness of our collaborations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create viral content: produce standout TikToks, Instagram Reels and other videos that generate impact.
Design graphics: use tools like Canva to create visuals that make our brand shine.
Develop content strategies: plan and implement strategies to increase our reach and visibility.
Manage social media: look after our social channels and ideally grow them further.
Analyze performance: review how our content performs and continuously optimize it.

Experience in Sales or Influencer Marketing: you have previous experience working with influencers or in sales.
Content creation skills: you are proficient at creating TikToks and Instagram posts and familiar with graphic tools (e.g., Canva and InShot).
Creativity and trend awareness: you know what’s trending and can translate trends into your content.
Strong communication skills: you can communicate persuasively and charismatically, both in writing and on the phone.
Social media know‑how: you understand how social platforms work and how to use them for influencer marketing.
Ideally existing contacts or followers: you may already have connections in the influencer scene or your own follower base.
Self‑motivation and enjoyment of networking: you work independently and love meeting new people.
