Sportsbox AI is the leading 3D motion and AI technology platform in golf, trusted by major tours and elite players. They are seeking a highly entrepreneurial leader to build and scale their consumer subscription business, focusing on growth marketing, user acquisition, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities:

Own consumer subscription revenue, growth targets, and business performance
Develop and execute acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization strategies
Establish KPIs, dashboards, forecasts, and growth plans
Analyze funnel performance and optimize customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, retention, and lifetime value
Plan and execute paid, owned, earned, influencer, and affiliate marketing programs
Oversee digital advertising, email marketing, social media, partnerships, and creator initiatives
Develop performance marketing strategies to efficiently scale customer acquisition
Optimize customer journeys from awareness through subscription conversion
Lead content strategy across video, social, email, educational, and product content
Manage social and content manager who will create organic content as well as paid media assets
Manage marketing manager who handles affiliate and email marketing
Collaborate with coaches, athletes, creators, and partners as content creation partners
Build community engagement programs that increase retention and advocacy
Ensure consistency of the Sportsbox brand across all channels
Own and manage the consumer marketing budget
Allocate resources across acquisition, content, partnerships, and retention initiatives
Evaluate agency, contractor, and vendor relationships
Measure ROI and prioritize investments that drive growth
