Monitoring and verification of import procedures;
Verification of import documentation;
Tracking of processes and shipments;
Issuance of LPCO (Licenses, Permits, Certificates, and Other Documents);
Entering and managing information in the OSGT system;
Completing and updating process follow-ups;
Preparing and sending import status reports;
Monitoring deadlines and stages of the import process;
Document control and providing support to departments involved in the operational flow.

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields;
Experience in import routines and customs clearance;
Knowledge of customs legislation, special regimes, and taxes;
Experience in verification and analysis of documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, DI/DUIMP, LPCO, among others);
Experience with Siscomex Single Portal and the DUIMP process (a plus);
Familiarity with systems such as Siscomex, Sigraweb, OSGT, or other foreign trade systems;
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Advanced Spanish;
Analytical, organized, proactive profile with good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
