Cords Club is a trendy jewelry company focused on creating meaningful and stylish pieces. They are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to own and evolve their email marketing strategy, balancing creativity and analytics to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end email and SMS marketing, including campaign planning, flows, segmentation, and optimization
Write & design compelling, on-brand emails that drive engagement and conversion
Review agency-created email content and provide clear feedback to ensure alignment with brand voice, messaging, and goals
Own A/B testing within email and use performance insights to optimize content, design, and segmentation
Build personalized messaging through advanced segmentation and dynamic content
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align email with broader campaign launches and promotions
Analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue, deliverability, etc.) and turn insights into action
Stay up to date on email marketing best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
Contribute to retention strategy, supporting ongoing development of our loyalty program and subscription offering

Requirements:

Experience with DTC e-commerce brands
Proven experience with Klaviyo
Strong eye for design with hands-on email design experience
Strong knowledge of segmentation and personalization techniques and dynamic content
Comfortable working with analytics and reporting to guide decisions
Strong grasp of copywriting, transferable across email, SMS, and other channels
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
Comfortable giving feedback to align copy and design with the brand
