Role Overview

Partner with the business to embed practical enterprise risk practices
Lead risk & control assessments, incident and issue oversight
Own and enhance our Protecht GRC platform
Deliver sharp, insight-driven reporting to Executives and Board Committees
Provide constructive second-line challenge and advisory

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in enterprise or operational risk within financial services or a regulated environment
Strong RCSA, incident management and control design capability
Experience with GRC systems (Protecht preferred but not essential)
Executive-level communication skills
A practical, delivery-oriented mindset with confidence to challenge constructively
