Design creative, fit-for-purpose integration solutions that address customer challenges while aligning to Workday standards.
Build and maintain reusable assets/accelerators and best practice‑ guides for Student & Platform integrations, while aligning to Workday standards and ensuring consistency across programs.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, career planning, and skills development.
Serve as a subject-matter expert during sales pursuits, including delivering oral presentations, solution walk-throughs, and executive-level discussions.
Effectively manage and scale an offshore delivery model, optimizing cost, quality, and velocity.
Capable of acting as a Technical Manager, specializing in integration, conversion, reporting, and security for medium to large enterprise projects.
Champion company directions and initiatives, translating strategy into practice execution.

Expert-level experience with Workday Student and Workday Platform integrations.
Demonstrates proficiency in Workday data architecture, including conversion processes, reporting capabilities, and security protocols.
Proven success in managing a team of ~20 integration consultants.
Strong background in integration architecture (e.g., EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, middleware).
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop technical consultants of all levels.
Experience operating within an offshore/global delivery model.
Comfortable delivering oral presentations and leading discussions during sales pursuits.
Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and executive presence.
Customer-first mindset with the ability to empathize and solve complex challenges creatively.
Ability to influence, lead change, and champion company initiatives.
