Role Overview

Support line managers on day-to-day people issues, recruitment and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with national laws and regulations.
Coordinate onboarding and exit processes.
Advise managers on employee relations and grievance resolution.
Continuously review and improve HR policies and systems.
Lead development of employee engagement and retention strategies.

Requirements

HR professional with 5+ years of experience.
Strong and up to date knowledge of UK employment law, health and safety regulations and GDPR legislation.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent planning, co-ordination and prioritisation skills.
Proven experience in developing and implementing human resource strategies and practices.
Collaborative and flexible approach with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Experience with HR information systems and online tools.
Knowledge of another language especially Spanish, French or German
desirable
