You handle daily invoice processing and approvals in Candis and perform preliminary account assignment in Moss.
You independently manage our incoming invoice mailbox and post incoming payments.
You support our Controlling team with monthly analyses of costs and profitability.
You actively contribute to the creation of process documentation and risk-control matrices for our core processes.
You correspond with internal departments and external partners regarding payment statuses and payment reminders.

Enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills.
First experience in administration, accounting, or controlling is a plus.
Confident user of Google Workspace tools.
A proactive, hands-on mentality, absolute reliability, and a strong quality orientation.
Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
