Design and implement workflows, connectors, and APIs (REST/GraphQL) that scale
Develop robust solutions using Python or Java, leveraging AI agents for code generation while reviewing and owning the final code
Assess gaps and define outcomes for client projects
Map system architecture, draw specifications, and design scalable workflows
Lead technical workshops, communicate recommendations clearly, and maintain a consultative approach throughout delivery
Manage data pipelines and apply strong knowledge of data principles, including data warehousing and data lakes
Feed deployment learnings into product roadmap and documentation

5–10 years in software engineering and solution architecture for B2B platforms (data/AI/automation preferred)
Proficiency in Python or Java
Strong understanding of data principles (warehousing and data lakes)
Familiarity with APIs, event-driven patterns, and secure configuration management
Ability to assess gaps, define outcomes, and recommend changes for evolving projects
Skilled at drawing system designs and workflows that scale
Excellent communication and client-facing confidence
Ability to thrive in high-stakes delivery environments
Nice-to-Have: Exposure to AI agents, LLM/RAG pipelines, and MLOps
