Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to engage prospects, clients, and partners
Support follow-ups, scheduling, and ongoing communication with stakeholders
Maintain professional and clear written communication aligned with client expectations
Identify and research companies, executives, and market opportunities
Build and manage prospect lists for campaigns and business initiatives
Gather insights on industries, competitors, and target markets
Assist in executing outreach and marketing campaigns
Track and update activity in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets)
Support reporting, data management, and pipeline tracking
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate across teams
Assist with documentation, reporting, and internal organization
Support ad hoc projects across business, events, or client initiatives

1–4 years of experience in virtual assistance, sales support, customer support, business development, or similar roles
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Experience with outreach tools (LinkedIn, email platforms) and CRM systems is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Self-starter with strong initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills
