BS in business, engineering, or a related field
Ability and willingness to travel, expected to be 50% of time
Ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the sign manufacturing industry
Either a project manager with a technical acumen or a manufacturing engineer with high level interpersonal skills
Very strong customer focus
Understands customer needs and makes customer satisfaction a key priority.
Demonstrated customer service orientation.
Strong communications skills.
Should be effective in communicating one-on-one or to small groups, by phone or in person, verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated professional maturity and business acumen Displays confidence, with a high degree of personal motivation and energy.
Ability to manage stress incumbent to a business environment that is deadline oriented.
Able to multitask and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management and deadline prioritizing skills.
Consistent, high quality work.
Advanced PC skills (Windows-based) required, especially in Excel.
