Own forecasting, reporting, and overall sales performance for the region
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, designers, and partners
Represent Phillip Jeffries in the market through meetings, events, and industry engagement
Partner closely with the team on client visits to support growth and conversion
Drive new account growth while strengthening existing relationships
Ensure a strong, healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and conversion
Lead ongoing training in sales skills, product knowledge, and client experience
Support individual development through structured plans and coaching
Facilitate sales meetings, workshops, and team development sessions
Empower the team to execute thoughtful, strategic territory plans

3+ years of sales management experience within a high-end luxury brand environment
5+ years of sales experience in a showroom, retail, or design-driven business
Based in the London, UK market
Proven ability to lead teams and drive revenue growth
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strategic mindset with experience in forecasting and CRM pipeline management
Well-connected within the luxury design and showroom community
Results-driven, proactive, and able to navigate challenges effectively
Skilled in negotiating and closing deals
Digitally savvy and comfortable engaging clients both virtually and in person
Full UK driver’s license with a willingness to travel
