Role Overview

Support contract file organization projects by reviewing and updating records for book rights, vendors, and other types of agreements, ensuring all documentation is properly filed.
Assist legal counsel with internal communications and administrative support related to the organization and maintenance of trademark and copyright portfolios.
Assist Legal Counsel with reviewing, cataloging, and scanning original executed publishing and other contracts, and verifying that each agreement has been fully digitized and uploaded to Salesforce.
Provide support on additional human resources functions as needed.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a college or university and possess a high school diploma or GED.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong communication and administrative skills.
Ability to manage document review, filing, and recordkeeping tasks with accuracy.
Reliable, organized, and able to support multiple projects across Legal and Human Resources.
