Identify and develop new business opportunities in the gaming industry (primary) and related sectors (secondary).
Develop innovative product
and brand-focused marketing strategies based on client needs and project requirements, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Conduct market and competitive analyses within the gaming sector.
Independently set up and maintain a monitoring and scoring system for new releases on desktop, console, and mobile platforms, forming the basis of your sales pipeline.
Contribute to the development and promotion of new marketing services for gaming clients.
Represent the company at gaming trade shows and industry events.

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in business development or sales, ideally within the gaming industry.
Strong background in marketing and communications, preferably with agency experience.
Deep understanding of the gaming sector and current market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive and independent working style.
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
Willingness to travel internationally to gaming events.
