Take full ownership of our infrastructure, Hetzner first, AWS, GCP, and Azure for selected services.
Own our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and deployment workflows, continuously improving rollout strategies, versioning, and rollback procedures.
Build, improve and maintain our observability stack (Grafana, Loki, Sentry, PostHog).

Solid experience running production systems on Linux servers you administered yourself, not only on managed services like ECS, Cloud Run, App Service or similar.
Strong working knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose in production.
Experience with reverse proxies and API gateways such as Traefik or Kong.
Hands-on PostgreSQL operations experience: backup and restore that you have personally set up and tested, performance awareness, connection pooling.
Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi or equivalent).
Working experience with an observability stack such as Grafana and Loki, Prometheus, or comparable tooling.
Strong security fundamentals: IAM and least privilege, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and patching.
Fluent in English. German is a plus.
