Overall responsibility for Supply Chain & Service Delivery.
Lead and develop the leadership team responsible for operational fulfillment.
Implement the strategic vision and business objectives together with the executive team.
Manage operational processes and ensure achievement of all primary KPIs.
Responsible for the Global Management System and for optimizing operational workflows.
Implement programs to increase efficiency and expand production capacity.
Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and standards; take ownership of compliance responsibilities.

University degree in engineering or business, ideally in electrical engineering or business administration/economics.
Proven experience leading teams as well as in process and innovation management.
Strong commercial acumen; results-oriented and strategic thinking.
Assertiveness, strong customer focus and intercultural competence.
Excellent communication skills and a drive to lead change.
