Role Overview

Responsibility for the performance of our high-ticket B2C sales team in the DACH market
Lead and develop a team of setters and closers
Optimize closing performance
Actively handle and close deals
Coach sales calls and conduct 1:1s
Set and enforce clear performance expectations
KPI tracking and weekly reporting to executive management
Implement effective follow-up processes
Responsible for team revenue and cash collected

Requirements

3+ years of proven high-ticket B2C closing success
Average deal value > €3,000
Experience with the setter-closer model
Initial leadership experience managing closers or setters — with demonstrable results
Native-level German
Numbers-oriented and performance-driven
Background in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business
Experience in emotionally driven B2C sales
Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking
