Role Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you support the sales team with recurring, preparatory, and administrative tasks.
Operational sales support: maintenance and updating of CRM data (e.g., leads, contacts, opportunities)
Preparation of proposals, tender documents, presentations, and contract paperwork
Follow-up on proposals, appointments, and outstanding to-dos
Assistance with the qualification of incoming leads
Handling additional administrative and recurring tasks in day-to-day sales operations

Requirements

Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
High reliability and self-initiative; quick learner with strong ability to absorb new information
Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel
Experience with CRM systems is desirable
Experienced in using online databases, conducting online research, and working with social networks
Excellent written and spoken German and good command of English
