Collect feedback and improve processes – You gather input and use it to further enhance the candidate experience.
Work closely with the account team – Together you ensure that all parties are satisfied and collaborate successfully.
Actively maintain your candidates – You keep in touch, inform them about new opportunities, and support them through the start of their new job.
Documentation and quality assurance – You ensure that all information is complete and accurately maintained in the system.
