Execute campaigns, maintaining marketing systems, and ensure consistent, high-quality content across channels and languages
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and external partners
Build, schedule, and optimise email campaigns and lifecycle automations using Customer.io and Instantly
Produce and publish newsletters, product announcements, and campaign assets across channels
Manage day-to-day social media operations, including captions, briefs, scheduling, and coordination with external designers or agencies
Update website content and layout in Framer, including new sections, copy updates, translations, QA, and bug reporting
Create or adapt simple graphics using Figma templates and coordinate with designers for larger design needs
Maintain and quality-check UI copy across the product
Coordinate translations in EN, DE, FR, IT, and HU
Support the planning and execution of events, including vendor coordination, materials, swag, handouts, and logistics
Run basic campaign analytics and provide performance insights to improve future initiatives
