Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives
Develop content for various marketing channels, including emails, social media, websites, and print materials.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
Track and maintain marketing leads and campaign data in CRM systems
Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate and support events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine marketing strategies.

1–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology
Experience executing campaigns and/or events
Strong written communication skills (English required)
Comfortable coordinating across teams
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with CRM or marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, monday.com, Atlassian tools)
Experience in webinar platforms (e.g. Zoom Webinar)
Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics
Exposure to IT, SaaS, or enterprise software environment
