Role Overview

Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom and digital infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and quality objectives.
Initially manage the OTDR rollout project, coordinating field, NOC, and integration teams to achieve milestones.
Plan and monitor project activities using standard PMO tools and frameworks (schedules, risk registers, KPIs).
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, external partners, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
Manage budget control, resource planning, and procurement tracking across assigned projects.
Oversee project documentation, reporting, and client communications.
Ensure compliance with project governance, standards, and quality control.
Support the continuous improvement of PMO processes and contribute to digital project reporting systems.
Provide input into bids, proposals, and new project planning when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in **Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering, **ideally.
Approx. 5–7 years of experience in project management in a technical or engineering environment.
Proficiency in PM tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana or other.
Familiarity with engineering workflows and acceptance testing.
Strong analytical skills in reporting, cost control, and risk assessment.
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
Proactive problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written).
