You will be the cornerstone of our product strategy and execution, ensuring our offerings meet the needs of our clients and stay ahead of industry trends.
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for Lynx Fraud & AML solutions. Chart the course and monitor current to future roadmap.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Maintain regular communication with executive leadership, providing updates on product status, challenges, and achievements.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Understanding of AML regulations, compliance requirements, and industry challenges.
Experience with AML technologies and solutions, including sanction screening and transaction monitoring.
Experience in fraud prevention and detection within financial services.
Proven track record in product or project management, preferably within the fintech, compliance technology or consulting sectors.
Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
