Independently manage our clients' accounting matters
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
Contribute to tax returns
Monitor clients' monthly bookkeeping, including digitizing the commercial organization in our RZL accounting system
Organize digital document transfer, professionally assess ongoing business transactions and adjust digital processes
Receive and process clients' digital documents and import data (Camt53 bank files)
Advise our clients on building their digital accounting systems.

Completed commercial/vocational training with a focus on accounting (apprenticeship / HAK / HLW / HBLA); completion of the professional accounting exam (WIFI or Akademie der KSW) is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Solid knowledge of accounting software (ideally RZL)
Confident use of MS Office — you are well familiar with *.xlsx, *.docx and *.msg and enjoy working with them
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Independent and responsible working style
Enjoyment of team-based work
