Maintain and evolve the Isaacs & Isaacs brand identity across all platforms
Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity in all internal and external communications
Collaborate with leadership and marketing to align creative direction with business objectives
Design high-impact creative for digital ads, billboards, social media, and other paid campaigns
Concept and execute campaigns that strengthen brand recognition in competitive markets
Prepare production-ready files for print, traditional media, and digital distribution
Create compelling graphics for website, landing pages, email marketing, and social platforms
Support content marketing initiatives with branded visual assets
Collaborate on creative strategies to increase engagement and conversion
Develop marketing collateral including brochures, signage, event materials, and promotional items
Assist with office collateral
Stay current with design trends, advertising best practices, and emerging technologies
Bring fresh ideas to elevate the brand and differentiate Isaacs & Isaacs in the legal marketplace.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–6+ years of professional design experience in marketing, legal, advertising, or agency environments
Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, advertising creative, and multi-channel campaigns
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Figma and/or web design tools helpful
Understanding of production processes for print, digital, and broadcast media
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Motion graphics and video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro) preferred
Experience working with media buying teams or campaign analytics
Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and conversion-focused design.
