Provide project leadership across a portfolio of professional services engagements
Develop and manage project plans that meet client objectives and deliver projects on time and on budget
Provide leadership to delivery teams, building and motivating team members through project go-live and transition to support mode
Track progress of each project against scope, goals, budgets, timelines, etc.
Prepare all project-related reports such as project status, resource utilization, and risk reports
Facilitate weekly team meetings to review the status of projects and disseminate regular stakeholder updates
Proactively identify risks, and develop and execute action plans to mitigate those risks
Define and facilitate communication of policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure consistency across customers and projects
Continually refine, implement, and improve delivery methodologies for positive client experience
Actively build and foster client relationships that result in additional work and/or referenceability

8+ years experience in project management within management/technology consulting, software engineering, or IT services environments focused on ERP and supply chain technology
5+ years experience with enterprise ERP systems, with at least 2 projects being ERP implementations
Experience managing Infor projects ideally 5+ years of consulting experience
A successful project management track record for full life cycle software implementation projects using a structured approach/methodology (both Agile & Waterfall methodologies helpful)
Practical experience implementing technology solutions to automate business processes
Razor sharp analytical skills and attention to detail with extensive experience working in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as Google Sheets and Slides
Worked in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior executives
Demonstrable empathy and team player characteristic to create a sense of trust
A willingness to manage and mentor junior consulting team members
A sense of urgency and a bias for action
Located in the U.S. or Canada
Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10-15%)
