Lead the content strategy and planning for multiple fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
Develop and oversee the production of social-first content: copy, imagery, video, UGC integration and trend-led creative ideas
Identify, source and build strong relationships with influencers and content creators aligned to each brand’s audience and positioning
Brief and collaborate with influencers and creators to produce high-impact content for both organic and paid use
Plan, execute and optimise paid social boosting, working closely with the paid media team to maximise reach, engagement and return
Manage social channels day-to-day including scheduling, engagement and community conversations
Track performance using analytics tools and compile monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations
Collaborate with designers, creators and editors to bring content concepts to life, ensuring they are on-brand and performance-optimised
Contribute to pitches, campaign concepts and creative workshops with a social-first lens
Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm changes and best practices to keep content fresh, relevant and competitive

5+ years’ experience managing social content and strategy for brands, ideally within an agency environment
Proven portfolio of social content for fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands
Demonstrated experience executing paid social boosting and understanding how organic and paid social work together
Experience identifying, briefing and managing influencers and content creators
Strong creative instincts and excellent copywriting skills
Hands-on platform knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into creative and performance insight
Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working across multiple brands
