Manage and support a caseload of at least 100 apprentices across programs such as electricians, construction craft laborers, and operators
Track progress in Related Technical Instruction and completion of the ProScore curriculum modules
Coordinate logistics and provide ongoing support to apprentices throughout their program participation
Register apprentices in the ProScore portal and ensure required documentation is completed and signed
Maintain accurate program records and assist with compliance reporting
Collaborate with instructors and external training partners delivering instruction through: NCCER and Pearson
Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues, remove barriers, and improve apprentice outcomes
Support new initiatives and process improvements as projects evolve

3-5 years of experience in workforce development or training administration
Proficiency with workplace productivity tools including: Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and collaborative mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt as new projects and responsibilities emerge
