Develop strategic relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
Drive revenue growth and market expansion
Oversee all roofing projects from sale through completion
Coordinate with estimating and production teams to ensure job accuracy and profitability
Ensure proper CRM documentation (JobNimbus)
Track and manage market-level P&L performance
Assist with insurance claims when needed
Hire, train, mentor, and manage sales/project management staff
Hire and oversee production team members in the market
Lead and facilitate weekly team meetings
Create accountability systems for prospecting, follow-up, and closing
Participate in annual budgeting, sales forecasting, staffing plans, and marketing strategy
