1+ years of experience as an SMM Manager, Content Producer, Creative Producer, or Creative Marketer
Upper-intermediate Ukrainian and English
Demonstrated cases of viral or high-performing content (TikTok / Reels / YouTube Shorts)
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, hooks, retention mechanics, and formats
Ability to identify trends early and adapt them into scalable content formats
Scriptwriting skills
Experience collaborating with UGC creators or preparing briefs for influencers
Ability to manage multiple accounts and content streams simultaneously
High execution speed and strong sense of ownership
