help conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support positioning and communication initiatives
assist in organizing feedback and insights related to new service offerings and packaged solutions
support productization initiatives by helping structure and document CRM and RevOps services
collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on ongoing commercial and marketing initiatives
help prepare marketing communication materials, including social media posts, email content, and campaign assets
support internal coordination and knowledge organization across sales, marketing, and delivery teams
