Requirements

15+ years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance industry
Has exposures to various commercial lines’ ratemaking and large risk underwriting, including E&S
Deep understanding of pricing models and modeling techniques
Strong mentoring ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
FCAS or ACAS
Bachelor’s degree
