Role Overview

Perform bookkeeping tasks directly in NetSuite (required)
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor payments
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and payment tracking
Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
Maintain accurate transaction categorization and documentation
Assist with monthly financial reporting (P&L support, account reviews)
Track expenses, receipts, and vendor records
Support payroll reporting and preparation as needed
Assist with sales tax tracking/reporting if required
Provide organized reporting support for CPA and leadership team

Requirements

NetSuite bookkeeping/accounting experience (required)
2+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience working with a service-based or equipment-based business is a plus
