Assisting attorneys in all phases of litigation and case management.
Creating case reports, summaries, and legal documents tailored to specific case documentation.
Preparing professional correspondence and basic legal motions.
Scheduling prehearing conferences, hearings, and settlement conferences.
Coordinating and scheduling independent medical examinations and appointments.
Organizing file materials and indexing voluminous medical records chronologically.
Managing the firm's docketing and calendaring systems to track critical litigation deadlines and events.
Communicating proactively with supervising attorneys regarding task statuses and case updates.

Prior experience in workers' compensation defense is highly preferred.
Mastery of Microsoft Office (specifically Word) and Adobe Acrobat is required.
Experience with case management billing tools like Centerbase and NetDocs is beneficial but not required.
A Bachelor's degree or a Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
