Role Overview

Design and iterate on patient-facing flows (onboarding, eligibility, consultations, prescriptions)
Improve the provider dashboard used by our clinical team
Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs
Conduct lightweight usability reviews and recommend improvements
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across the platform

Requirements

3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in health tech, SaaS, or patient-facing products
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work (not just marketing/branding)
Proficiency in Figma
Experience designing for mobile-first responsive web applications
Comfortable working async in a small, fast-moving team
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
Bonus: experience with telehealth, EMR, or regulated health platforms
