2+ years of experience as a production artist working across print, digital, social, or web environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating production expertise and design sensibility
Expert-level proficiency within Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of file preparation, layout specifications, and production workflows
Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across teams
