Role Overview

Act on the front line of Braúna’s growth, conducting consultative meetings with leads originating from digital channels.
Perform financial assessments and convert these conversations into financial planning projects.
Build relationships with a portion of the client base, becoming a planner who combines client acquisition with relationship management.

Requirements

We are looking for professionals with strong commercial skills and a genuine interest in financial planning.
Previous experience in consultative sales or client relationship management.
Ability to conduct structured diagnostic conversations.
Organization and discipline in managing pipeline and CRM.
Clear, didactic, and professional communication skills.
Genuine interest in personal finance, investments, and wealth planning.
Experience with inbound sales or digital marketing funnels.
Experience with consultative sales for medium to high average deal sizes.
Certifications or education in finance, investments, or financial planning.
Experience in the financial services market.
