Conducting on-site visits and meetings throughout various inland regions of Brazil
Managing leads through the expansion funnel
Logging and tracking opportunities in CRM tools
Supporting feasibility studies and analysis of strategic regions for expansion
Representing the Maple Bear brand at meetings and events

Previous experience selling high-investment franchises
Strong sales orientation and negotiation skills
Full availability for frequent travel (approximately 3 days per week)
Valid driver's license (CNH) and availability to drive on trips within the country's interior
Familiarity with CRM tools
Experience with franchise network expansion (a plus)
Familiarity with geomarketing tools such as GeoFusion (a plus)
Experience in the education sector or in expansion businesses (a plus)
