Role Overview

Coordinate and manage your client portfolio (Architects, Engineers and Designers), focusing on prospecting and relationship-building with the region's leading professionals.
Know the area of operation, competitors, partner profiles and commercial policies in practice.
Attend trade shows and events (national and local).
Manage the CRM relationship-management tool on a daily basis.
Strengthen the brand's presence in the region through relationship-building.
Manage the store's social media (Instagram).

Requirements

Professional background in architecture, interior design, or experience in sales.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team; proactive and communicative; commercial track record; and enjoyment of interacting with people at construction sites, offices and events.
Ability to deliver presentations and speak in public.
Reside in or have easy access to Maringá and surrounding areas.
