Identify launch objectives relative to organizational strategic objectives.
Develop goals for product launches that are aligned to those goals.
Establish project charters for new strategic products or features being released.
Act as chairperson for cross functional launch teams.
Develop product and feature launch plans with Key Performance Indicators.
Capture feature and documentation feedback based on Limited Release or early GA deployments.
Support creation of internal and external training collateral.

Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business, engineering, nursing or related field.
3-6 years of relevant experience in a market-facing role such as Project Management, Software Development, or similar, is required.
3+ years of experience managing new product launch initiatives, acting as the primary project manager and primary liaison for external customers, is required.
Experience with healthcare integrations related to HL7 and API, preferred.
3 years of experience deploying healthcare technology is required, preferably in the inpatient acute setting.
Experience in healthcare, medical technology, enterprise software, or clinical technology is preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and making timely decisions under uncertainty.
Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large groups, and a solid writer.
High level of competence with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is essential.
High level of competence with project focused tools used for cross-functional, asynchronous work.
