You plan, coordinate and manage all field activities in your region — with a focus on revenue growth and market penetration.
You analyze regional KPIs, derive actions and continuously develop your sales territories.
You work closely with the national sales leadership to implement strategies effectively and ensure target attainment.

Ability to act successfully and independently in challenging environments.

Several years of experience as a Regional Manager in the healthcare or MedTech sector.
