Establishment and further development of controlling and reporting structures.
Development of relevant KPI systems to manage growth and profitability.

You always maintain an overview of our financial stability and long-term planning.
Responsibility for liquidity planning and cashflow management.
Ensuring robust financial planning.
You optimize existing structures and ensure efficient accounting operations.
Further development and standardization of accounting processes.
Management of external partners (tax advisors, auditors, banks, etc.).

You support business decisions with well-founded analyses.

Profitability analyses and evaluation of strategic investments.
Trusted sparring partner to management on business decisions.

Degree or completed vocational training in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a comparable qualification.
Some professional experience in the finance function.
Very good understanding of liquidity planning, controlling and financial/business metrics.
Experience in building or optimizing finance processes.
Analytical, structured and independent working style with strong data literacy.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics clearly.
