Role Overview

Developing and implementing a trading and divestment strategy for TrueAero and its investment partners
Originating and maintaining relationships with aircraft and engine leasing businesses
Sourcing aircraft and engines
Structuring, negotiating, and closing complex cross-border transactions
Evaluating opportunities to trade out of specific aircraft/engine types
Negotiating Letters of Intent (LOI) to achieve economic expectations

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in a commercial aircraft leasing company, airline, MRO, or OEM
Degree or equivalent qualification in finance, economics, or related discipline
Extensive experience in trading aircraft and engine assets
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
Knowledge of operating lease terms, asset security issues, delivery and return conditions, and aviation insurance
