Understand & test go-to-market: You will work directly on our go-to-market activities and help understand how we acquire new customers. You will move flexibly between topics such as lead generation, outreach, appointment setting, and initial sales steps.
Validate hypotheses: You will support the planning and execution of small tests and experiments (e.g., new channels, new messaging, new processes). The goal is not "more activity" but better insights into what works and what doesn't.
Align metrics with reality: You will analyze simple but key metrics: cost per lead, appointment rates, conversation quality, and conversion. You will help realistically assess effort versus benefit and challenge assumptions.
Observe & improve processes: You will review existing workflows (e.g., appointment setting, handovers, follow-ups) and propose ways to make them more efficient or effective.
Close collaboration with the GTM team: You will work closely with the GTM team and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your observations and analyses will feed directly into decisions.
Learn how growth really happens: You will get an honest insight into the early growth phases of a company and understand how go-to-market decisions are made, adapted, or discarded.

Studies: Enrolled student in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Business Informatics, or related fields
Experience: Internships or working-student positions in go-to-market, sales, or marketing
Knowledge: You have an affinity for artificial intelligence—especially autonomous AI systems—and an understanding of product management or related disciplines (e.g., R&D, innovation management)
Mindset: You bring a genuine startup mindset—hands-on mentality, ownership, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-growing, and constantly evolving environment

Impact: You will directly support the validation of our go-to-market strategy and see how your work has measurable effects on customers, processes, and your own learning.
Location & work model: Remote work is possible. At the same time, we welcome presence at our locations in Stuttgart (Mitte and Degerloch). Temporary work from other EU countries is possible by arrangement. Residence in Germany is required. We provide a flexible, secure, and productive working environment aligned with our shared values.
