You help us continuously improve our service
You will learn a lot about personal branding, content, and B2B marketing
Daily at 9:00 AM: brief check-in with the team — you discuss what you’re working on today and where you need support
2–3 content calls per week: you participate when we speak with founders, listen, contribute ideas, and capture their best insights
Write 15–20 LinkedIn posts per week: you use our frameworks and tools like Claude, Fireflies & Notion as well as your own creativity
AI helps you with the first draft; you turn it into content that feels authentic
Daily check-ins & coaching with our founder Niklas: you receive direct feedback on your posts, co-develop ideas, and improve quickly
Research & preparation: you understand our clients, analyze their markets, and identify topics that are truly relevant
Weekly team sync: you share your learnings, pitch ideas, and help evolve our service
Fully remote & flexible hours: after the 9 AM daily, you structure your day yourself — aside from fixed appointments, you work how it suits you best

You have a degree in marketing or initial experience at marketing agencies
Copywriting and content are a passion of yours
You have created content that has resonated with people (professionally or personally)
You speak and write German and English fluently (many of our clients have international audiences)
You enjoy working with AI tools like Claude, Gemini, etc., but you also know where human judgment makes the difference
You hold yourself to high standards and always want to improve
You take ownership of results, not just tasks
You see feedback as a gift, not criticism
You bring enthusiasm, positive energy, and curiosity and can work well under deadlines
You enjoy working independently, communicate proactively, and don’t need an office to be productive

Fair base salary of €40,000–€45,000 per year, depending on experience
€112.50 monthly meal allowance (approx. €1,350 more net per year)
€50 monthly non-cash allowance (approx. €600 more net per year)
€1,000 annual training/education budget
