Project lead: You take charge of projects in our Business Unit Systems & Components.
Efficiency architect: You define value streams, optimize manufacturing methods, and ensure quality and cost remain in optimal balance.
Team lead: You assemble strong, effective teams and guide them confidently through all milestones.
Numbers in control: Costing, budgeting and work plans are under your responsibility — you ensure project objectives are met together with the team.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a technical qualification with further training, or a comparable qualification.
Experience in product or project management or a comparable role.
Knowledge of manufacturing technology, process optimization and work organization.
Strong communication skills, a structured working style and team orientation.
